We began by discussing how, in our fifteen years of experience with a unique Masters program, management education has been combined with management development by having practicing managers reflect thoughtfully on their own experience and share their insights with each other. Then we turned to our latest idea that brings this to organization development in which each manager in the program is backed up by an IMpact team on the job of colleagues who learn with him or her and together drive changes in the organization.
